Evelien Geerings

During her studies in Nijmegen, Evelien Geerings was already working at TRC Advocaten in Veldhoven, her place of birth. She liked it so much that she continued to work there after she was sworn in in 2003. At TRC Advocaten, Evelien focuses on environmental law.

In the environmental law practice, Evelien assists clients with issues concerning environmental permits and zoning plans. She also deals with enforcement issues in cases where municipalities want to enforce compliance with rules by imposing an order under penalty or order under administrative order.

Evelien is a member of the Administrative Law Association (VAR).
