Michael Filemon

Michael Filemon received his Master's degree in Dutch Law from Radboud University Nijmegen in 2008. Prior to studying Dutch law, Michael successfully completed the Management, Economics and Law course and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

After studying Dutch law, Michael joined a large law firm in Brabant as a lawyer. There he developed within the legal disciplines of general contract law and contract law and was co-responsible for several group proceedings against Dexia Bank regarding the infamous share leasing issue at the beginning of this century.

In 2011, Michael made the move to TRC Advocaten. At TRC Advocaten, Michael focuses on insolvency law, corporate law and inheritance law. Michael is regularly appointed bankruptcy trustee and estate liquidator by the District Court of East Brabant.
