Erik Vannisselroy

Erik Vannisselroy was admitted to the bar in 1993 and joined (the predecessor of) TRC Advocaten. Since 2002, he has been one of the firm’s partners. He now primarily serves SME entrepreneurs ("MKB"). He provides legal advice and litigates in the fields of corporate law and employment law. His areas of specialization include corporate law, business acquisitions, employment law, contract law, and debt collection.

Erik has an extensive track record and a broad client base in sectors such as business services, agriculture, and IT. He also frequently represents manufacturing and trading companies.

Erik studied Dutch law at Tilburg University, specializing in corporate law.
